    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing and using My 3 Sons Moving & Storage's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Services Description

    My 3 Sons Moving & Storage provides professional moving and storage services, including but not limited to:

    • Local and long-distance residential moves
    • Commercial moving services
    • Packing and unpacking services
    • Storage solutions
    • Specialty item moving

    3. Quote Requests and Estimates

    3.1 Quote Validity

    All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final costs may vary based on actual services rendered.

    3.2 Accuracy of Information

    You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting a quote. Inaccurate information may result in changes to the final cost of services.

    3.3 Non-Binding Estimates

    Unless explicitly stated as a "binding estimate," all quotes are non-binding and subject to adjustment based on actual weight, distance, services, and other factors.

    4. Booking and Cancellation

    4.1 Booking Confirmation

    A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed service agreement and any required deposit.

    4.2 Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply as follows:

    • More than 7 days before move: No cancellation fee
    • 3-7 days before move: 25% of estimated cost
    • Less than 3 days before move: 50% of estimated cost
    • Same day cancellation: 100% of estimated cost

    4.3 Rescheduling

    Rescheduling is subject to availability. Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may incur additional fees.

    5. Payment Terms

    5.1 Payment Methods

    We accept cash, check, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

    5.2 Deposit

    A deposit may be required to secure your moving date. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement.

    5.3 Late Payment

    Overdue payments may be subject to interest charges and collection costs.

    6. Liability and Insurance

    6.1 Basic Coverage

    Basic liability coverage is included with all moves at no additional charge. This provides coverage at $0.60 per pound per article.

    6.2 Full Value Protection

    Full value protection is available for an additional fee. Under this option, if an item is lost, damaged, or destroyed, we will either repair, replace, or provide a cash settlement for the item.

    6.3 Excluded Items

    We do not accept liability for damage to items that you pack yourself, or for the following items unless special arrangements are made:

    • Cash, jewelry, and valuable documents
    • Perishable items
    • Hazardous materials
    • Plants
    • Pets

    7. Customer Responsibilities

    As a customer, you are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate inventory and access information
    • Ensuring all items are ready for pickup at the scheduled time
    • Disclosing any special circumstances (stairs, narrow hallways, etc.)
    • Being present or designating a representative during the move
    • Securing parking permits if required
    • Disconnecting and preparing appliances for moving

    8. Claims and Disputes

    8.1 Filing a Claim

    Claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within 9 months of the delivery date. Claims should include photos, descriptions, and any supporting documentation.

    8.2 Dispute Resolution

    In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with Kentucky law.

    9. Force Majeure

    We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, or other force majeure events.

    10. Website Use

    10.1 Intellectual Property

    All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of My 3 Sons Moving & Storage and protected by copyright laws.

    10.2 Prohibited Uses

    You may not use this website to:

    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Transmit harmful or malicious code
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
    • Collect information about other users

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, My 3 Sons Moving & Storage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

    12. Modifications to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
