My name is Reagan Schlegel and I'm one of the sons here at My 3 Sons Moving! Born and raised in Lexington Kentucky, with Kentucky roots going back 6 generations. I took pride in our state and when it was time to go to college I attended the University of Kentucky. There I met my beautiful wife Dana who I currently have two amazing little girls with. The vision for My 3 Sons comes from the leadership of my Father who instilled hard work and serving the community as our own family. Our family has had the pleasure to serve Eastern and Central Kentucky for 3 generations in the moving industry. When we say "Our family moving yours.." we mean it! We look to serve the community for many years to come and have a promise to provide the best service possible. When we aren't working, we enjoy the best that Kentucky offers. You can catch us enjoying a spring or fall day at Keeneland, a hike at the beautiful Natural bridge, and of course cheering on the Wildcats at Rupp Arena!

Hello! My name is Brittany, I have been with My 3 Sons Moving since 2017. I started off working part time while I was on break from college. I graduated from Western Kentucky University with a business degree and from there, I began my full time journey with the company. In the early days, it was only my dad and I answering calls in our first small office off Lexington Rd in Winchester. My older brother worked on trucks everyday and trained all of our new movers and drivers. Some of my favorite memories are from those early days. I have had the honor of watching this company grow from a one truck one office operation to a five location organization. We also expanded our fleet, services, and created career opportunities for our growing staff. My position transformed to hiring, training, and managing our office staff, I am responsible for the voices you hear behind the phones. While our operation grew, so did my family. I married my amazing husband and we have three incredible children. When I am not managing my office staff, I am at home managing my family... trying too at least. Two year old boys don't make it easy!

Hi, I'm Dana. I joined My 3 Sons Moving a little over five years ago after moving from Indiana to Kentucky to be with my now husband. We've built our life here and are raising our two daughters, who keep things fun and full of laughter. During my time with the company I've specialized in interstate moves, helping individuals, couples, and families transition into new chapters of their lives. I love what I do because every move tells a story. I get to talk with people, guide them through stressful moments, and make their experience smoother and more personal. One of my favorite parts about working at My 3 Sons Moving is the sense of family. I work alongside my actual family, and over the years, everyone here has become family to me. We show up for each other and for our customers, and that's what makes this company special.

I've been a part of My 3 Sons Moving for over five years, and during that time I've been proud to contribute to the company's steady growth and strong reputation. As Branch Manager, I oversee daily operations, support and manage our movers and drivers, and make sure every customer receives the high-quality service that defines the My 3 Sons name. I pride myself on my professionalism, approachable leadership style, and commitment to creating a positive, team-driven environment where employees feel valued and take pride in their work. My focus on customer care, team development, and building strong community relationships has helped strengthen both our branch and the company as a whole. Outside of work, I'm all about spending time with my lovely wife and our dogs. I love taking the side by side out to unwind and watching sports. If I'm not working, I'm usually outdoors, relaxing, or with the people who matter most.

Hi, I'm Armando Muzquiz, Lexington Branch Manager at My 3 Sons Moving. A little over five years ago, I started as an entry-level mover, eventually working my way into management. Born and raised in California, moving to Kentucky was a culture shock to say the least, but after nearly six years, I can confidently say Kentucky is home. My primary role at My 3 Sons is the assurance of quality service and helping drive sales. I love every part of my job, from the genuine camaraderie with my team to seeing the relief on a satisfied customer's face knowing their move has been safely completed. When I'm not at work I prefer my time being spent by the bbq, watching football with family. At work I'm committed to changing the dreaded "moving day" to a truly seamless and enjoyable experience.

My name is Mitch and I work as the Assistant to the Operations Manager since October 2023. In my role I support field operations by checking in on our crews, completing onsite estimates, and coordinating morning dispatch. I work closely with our movers to make sure they have what they need for a successful day, and I serve as a point of contact for our drivers throughout the moving process, assisting them with anything they need throughout the day. I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the great outdoors on Berea's extensive biking trails, gaming with my children, or watching the Cats play.

Hello, My name is Holli. I've been part of My 3 Sons Moving since July of 2024, over 15 months, serving as the company's Inventory Specialist. With more than 20 years of customer service experience, I bring a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction. I manage all aspects of our packing material inventory and serve as the primary point of contact for clients who need information or assistance with packing products and purchases. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, camping, and hiking—always looking for new places to explore and new experiences to enjoy.

Hi! My name is Rashele and I've been with My 3 Sons Moving since April 2025. I help with estimating and scheduling moves. I moved here with my family from Indiana and have enjoyed helping others with their moving process. I want to make it as stress free for you as possible!
